    WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

    • As a key member of the Supply & Demand Planning team, youll play a vital role in driving strategic planning initiatives forward.
    • Youll focus on building visualization capabilities to provide data-driven insights that inform business decisions, supporting the development of comprehensive strategies, and enhancing overall planning capabilities.
    • Your responsibilities will include delivering scalable visualization tools for detailed data analyses, supporting quick decision-making, and presenting recommendations to diverse sets of stakeholders.
    • Youll leverage advanced analytics tools, SAP ECC/IBP, and AI technologies to drive new data optimization methods, and build and maintain planning tools and resources. Throughout your work, youll help meet planning goals and process improvements, collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop strategies to best meet business needs.

    WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

    • In the Supply & Demand Planning organization, you will interact closely with planning, ops and logistics, costing, and manufacturing teammates as well as collaborate with global and cross-functional teams.

Requirements

    WHAT YOU BRING

    • Bachelors degree in supply chain management, analytics, business, or a related field.
    • Experience within manufacturing supply chain operations.
    • SAP ECC and IBP experience preferred.
    • Certified in Power BI and/or Azure.
    • Experience with Co-Pilot and/or AI technologies is a plus.
    • Sequel/SQL experience preferred.
    • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze large datasets and present findings.
    • Comfort with ambiguity and a passion for working in a fast-paced environment.
    • Demonstrated inclusive and team-oriented approach to work.
