Maintenance Planner
Job Description:
Are you a detail-driven maintenance professional who thrives on organization, efficiency, and keeping operations running smoothly? We're looking for a Maintenance Planner to take ownership of scheduling, coordination, and continuous improvement within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
What You'll Do:
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate all maintenance activities to maximize equipment uptime
- Build and manage preventive maintenance programs based on equipment needs and performance
- Create and prioritize work orders, ensuring alignment with production schedules
- Partner with maintenance, engineering, and operations teams to drive efficiency and reliability
- Manage parts inventory, including sourcing, tracking, and staging materials for upcoming work
- Analyze equipment performance and help improve maintenance processes over time
- Respond to urgent maintenance needs and adjust schedules accordingly
- Train team members on maintenance systems and best practices
What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years of maintenance, facilities, or related experience
- Strong experience with CMMS or similar maintenance systems
- Solid understanding of preventative maintenance and equipment reliability
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with inventory, purchasing, or supply chain processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Ability to work both independently and cross-functionally
