Transportation Coordinator
Job Description:
Summary
The role is a Transportation Coordinator assisting with the Transportation
Shift timings
M-F – 8:00 am – 4:45 pm
Responsibilities
Prepare and distribute reports
Receive incoming phone calls and greets visitors
Maintain local personnel files for branch employees
Coordinate original documentation is sent to appropriate Corporate contacts as needed
Coordinate branch communication and special projects
Track and enter temporary employees into Kronos Time and Attendance system
Administer Corporate forms to branch employees as needed.
Perform other clerical functions to assist branch operations.
Requirements
2+ years of previous administrative experience is a plus
Proven professional communication skills.
Ability to manage confidential information.
Maintain satisfactory Quality performance levels
Strong computer skills, specifically in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
Ability to multi-task
Strong attention to detail
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Ability to prioritize and work independently
Ability to meet guidelines and work under pressure.
